When you sign the document of Terms & Conditions, you confirm to have attained the age of maturity. In case you are below the age of majority, we have a provision which allows you to take help from your parent, guardian or legal representative. They can create an account for you to enroll in the required course and pay for the same.
Once you have created an account, you shall use it for the purpose of learning the enrolled course or to buy any other service from our platform under the terms and conditions that are applicable.
The user has to undertake the responsibility to provide us with the correct, genuine, accurate, and reliable information that includes:
- Name of the user;

Please read this agreement with great care as it contains all the necessary information regarding our obligations that are legal in nature, legal remedies and legal rights; these comprise various kinds of exclusions and limitations and a dispute resolution clause that governs the settling of disputes and their resolvement.
Competency
A set of demonstrated qualities and talents that permit and improve the efficiency of job performance is referred to as competency. Although they are similar, competency is not the same as skills. Competencies are inborn traits that an individual possesses – cooperation skills, knowledge, and ability. Competencies are used as benchmarks for assessors to evaluate candidates during job interviews and evaluations.
One of the most challenging obstacles a firm may have in the recruitment process is determining employee skills in the first place; it can be difficult to put into words what employees need to be successful. Competencies are usually divided into three groups.
In addition, depending on the Services you use, we may ask for other information from time to time. More information such as your residence, financial data, and educational credentials.
Please do not give out your account credentials or personal information to anybody else.
You must not share your credentials with anyone.
Sharing a password that you use frequently raises your risk of becoming a victim of identity theft. The use of the same password for many accounts is known as password repetition. Any losses you incur as a result of an unauthorized disclosure or access to your Account will be paid by you.
Unauthorized Disclosure Types
Unauthorized disclosure of classified information is a sort of security incident that, depending on the severity of the incident, can be categorized as an infraction or a violation. Unauthorized disclosure of classified data can occur in a number of ways. It can be mistakenly or purposely released as a result of leaks, spills, espionage, or failure to follow adequate protection measures.
You are not permitted to transfer your account to another person, and a third party is not permitted to access your account without our consent. If we become aware of any such permitted access or usage, we may terminate, suspend, or cancel your account.
If you feel someone else is using your Account (or if you suspect any other security breach), please inform our support staff at contact@dhruvon.com as soon as possible.
You can cancel your account at any moment by writing to us at contact@dhruvon.com. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on what happens when you close your Account.
